RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Carol’s Beauty Shop does not offer any refunds. Exchanges and replacements are available for damaged items or wrong items sent.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL exchange only if damaged or wrong item
You must report any problem within 5 business days of receiving your order. For a full refund, item must be in unopened original packaging, unused, unopened condition
If your product is damaged during shipping transit you must report it within 5 days of your order showing delivered. You must also show photo proof so we can issue you an exchange only. We do want you to be happy with your order. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us at carolsbeautyshop01@yahoo.com
Any orders that are returned back to us due to an insufficient address or unclaimed package will be subject to a 25% restock fee.
