Once orders are placed they cannot be changed or cancelled because orders  are shipped as soon as possible . Contact us ASAP if there is a problem 

Flat Rate Shipping USPS

Economy: 5-8 business days $3.00

Standard: 3-4 business days $7.00

Continental USA only all others please contact us at CarolsBeautyShop01@yahoo.com for possible  flat rate shipping 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Stun Gun Policy: Stun guns cannot be shipped to the following locations: Hawaii, Rhode Island, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Wisconsin and internationally.

Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations: New York, Massachusetts, Washington D.C, Alaska, and internationally. 

Kitty Knuckle Policy: Kitty Knuckles can only be shipped within the United States + Puerto Rico.

If you place an order with Pepper Spray in a State where Pepper Spray is Not Permitted, it will be Substituted with an accessory of equal value. 

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed in SAME DAY OR NEXT DAYbusiness days which excludes weekends and holidays. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time.

SHIPPING TIME:

All orders are shipped with USPS.  
USPS Ground Advantage Mail : 3 to 5 business days*
USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days*

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Carol’s Beauty Shop is 
not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is covered with insurance, please file a claim directly through USPS. For orders not covered by insurance, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked "Delivered" 


All orders $100+ will require a signature at delivery.

Carol’s Beauty Shop is not responsible for any custom fees for out of country orders.

Any orders that are returned back to us due to an insufficient address or unclaimed package will be subject to a 25% restock fee.If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, they will be responsible for the reshipment fee*.

*NOTE : Shipping fees vary by the weight of the package.
